Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative assistant role in an office setting
  • Proficiency with personal computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel software programs is a plus.
  • High School Graduate, or equivalent required.  Associate degree in relevant field preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

Provide full range of administrative tasks for multiple clients, staff, and partners simultaneously including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Welcoming customers as they enter the firm lobby
  • Answering telephone calls, routing calls, and taking messages
  • Scheduling client appointments and managing partner calendars
  • Setting up new clients
  • Collecting daily mail, sorting mail, and delivering to appropriate staff and/or partners
  • Assisting clients with questions and requests, delivering financial information, and collecting payments
  • Assisting with taking bank deposits to the bank
  • Maintaining an organized and professional front office/reception area
  • Assisting with other clerical tasks as need arises
