Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 -10 years of progressive experience in public accounting
  • Strong understanding of IRS practice and procedure
  • Audit work experience under the Yellow Book and the Uniform Guidance
  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting
  • CPA certified and active license required
  • Public Accounting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead audit and consulting teams on corporate/government/nonprofit entities of varying complexities
  • Research auditing and accounting pronouncements and issues that arise
  • Review audit work to provide quality control 
  • Mentor and lead newer staff
