Rodney P. Jackson, CPA

Mr. Jackson joined the firm since 2013, concentrating in the areas of tax, business start-ups, not-for-profit auditing and management advisory services. A graduate of Bluefield State College, Mr. Jackson has over 30 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jackson spent several years in corporate accounting as Controller and CFO of a closely-held explosives company. As a member of the executive management team, Mr. Jackson worked with multiple private equity groups in guiding the company through the due diligence process associated with the sale of the business in 2006. During his time in industry, Mr. Jackson gained valuable experience in the areas of debt covenant compliance, debt facility negotiations, supply contract negotiations, product pricing and logistics. Most recently, Mr. Jackson was the managing principal of the firm Jackson & Company, CPAs P.C., located in Marion, North Carolina. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of CPAs.
